Annika Marlow

Annika has many years experience as a leader and CEO within the IT-industry.

She has long experience in team development and recruitment and has been involved in several business start-ups in Europe.

Annika holds a degree in ACT-therapy - Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, a behavioural therapy that focus on valued engagement. She is also a certified EMCC coach at Senior Practitioner level (Life and Career) and coaches leaders as well as teams.

Christina Sundqvist Järn

Chris experience includes positions at the IBM EMEA HQ in Paris and IBM Nordic. She also held positions as Key Account Manager and Sales Executive within the IT-industry.

During the past 20 years Chris has been working with leadership development and recruitment.

Today she is one of the most requested speakers within the leadership development and communications in Sweden and has written two books on the subject.
