Our method leads to optimised performance and improved execution. We also facilitate leadership development programs. Both for existing and future leaders within the organisation.

Our method results in increased self-insight and knowledge on how to influence, match and motivate others to top performance. Our method supports the executive search-and-select process in the final stage. We detect and analyse underlying values, ability of judgment, and attitudes.

GapConnector also uses this method for due diligence of human capital as in mergers and acquisitions, as well as providing a second opinion for internal recruitments. This is an efficient way to avoid costly mistakes and secure the selection of the right team.

Our method.

We use self assessment analysis, feedback sessions and in-depth interviews for optimal result. Using hands-on exercises, live simulation trainings we get a clear picture of attitudes, motivational factors, and communication patterns. After the analysis and trainings, we present a thorough report. Our leadership and team development programs includes an individual and a team action plan and a follow-up.

Our method explains and predicts different behaviour and reactions as well as mapping a person’s motivational factors. Placing the candidates and participants a bit outside their comfort zone we get a clear picture of their values, attitudes and motivational factors .The method gives a highly diverse and in-depth analysis of each candidate or participant. Depending on the character of the assignment (leadership development, executive search & select or due diligence of human capital) we use different parts of our method.
